Maintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, sales pipeline, and territory information within the company's CRM. Provide sales leadership with relevant territory, customer, competitive, and market information. Participate in weekly sales meetings and regular performance reviews. Monitor territory performance and sales metrics and continuously identify opportunities to improve results. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email within 24 hours and ensure all activity is appropriately documented. Travel approximately 50% of the time, including approximately 8 overnight stays per month. What We're Looking For 1–3 years of demonstrated success in a sales position.
