Position ID 36120 Shift: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM About our Client: Our Client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Markham, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while ensuring orders and inventory are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, or discrepancies Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse Enter and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory information in warehouse systems Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers Ensure inventory is properly labeled, organized, and stored Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Qualifications: 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems is an asset Experience operating Walkies and Reach Trucks is an asset Forklift certification is an asset Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Thank you in advance for your interest in this role. Requirements

Warehouse or inventory system experience, Walkie and Reach Truck experience, and forklift certification are assets; candidates must be able to safely move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
