Administrator - Logistics & Customs Our client is seeking an Administrator - Logistics & Customs to support cross-border transportation operations through accurate documentation, record management, and administrative coordination. This role works closely with operations and dispatch teams to help ensure the efficient movement of freight between Canada and the United States. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Prepare and maintain transportation and customs documentation Review shipment information to ensure accuracy and completeness Enter, update, and maintain data within transportation management systems Organize and maintain electronic and physical records Provide administrative support to dispatch and operations teams Assist with compliance reporting, audits, and record retention requirements Generate reports and support month-end administrative processes Help ensure the smooth and timely movement of cross-border shipments Your strengths include: 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, or a related industry Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with customs or cross-border documentation considered an asset Strong data entry, record management, and accuracy skills Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated approach Excellent time-management and communication abilities If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Tania Christensen.
