This is a hands-on, high-volume role for a dedicated accounts receivable professional who thrives in an on-site, team-oriented environment. You will be working directly from aging reports, contacting commercial clients regarding overdue balances, securing payment commitments, and conducting account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Review aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize targeted outbound phone and email follow-ups. Secure, document, and track firm payment commitments while maintaining direct, professional dialogue with customers. Reconcile customer accounts, evaluate credit limits, and analyze commercial contracts and Equifax credit reports to mitigate financial risk. Work collaboratively with internal sales and parts teams to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or hold-ups. Submit invoices and supporting documentation through customer-specific or third-party payment portals as required. Maintain detailed, up-to-date customer account notes and escalate critical credit concerns or problem accounts to the Controller on a timely basis. Highly comfortable making high-volume outbound collection calls and driving direct, solution-focused conversations regarding payment. Strong background in account reconciliations, aging report analysis, and contract review. Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills with an ability to get up to speed quickly. High level of personal accountability, integrity, and ethical conduct. Ability to work 100% on-site in Southeast Calgary (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
