Our client is seeking a Director of HR to lead the People & Culture function within a growing organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this hands-on role is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership across employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR leadership experience, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and support leaders across the organization. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Serve as the senior HR resource for employee relations, workplace investigations, and complex people matters Partner with leaders to support performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives Oversee onboarding, offboarding, accommodation, leave management, and employee lifecycle programs Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives across the organization Design and deliver leadership and employee training programs Oversee HR systems, reporting, metrics, and process improvement initiatives Provide leadership and guidance to HR and administrative team members Support key hiring initiatives and workforce planning activities Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives Your strengths include: Significant experience in Human Resources leadership roles, with broad generalist expertise Demonstrated success leading employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management initiatives Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices Proven ability to advise, coach, and influence leaders on complex people matters Experience developing HR policies, programs, training, and employee engagement initiatives Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems; Payworks experience considered an asset Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills CPHR designation, or progress toward completion, considered an asse If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly to Tania Christensen. Requirements
