Our client is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee night operations across multiple client sites, with a strong focus on employee performance, workplace safety, and operational consistency. This hands-on role works closely with frontline employees and site leadership to ensure safety standards, company procedures, and service expectations are consistently met. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, sound judgment, and the flexibility to work Sunday through Thursday nights in a multi-site environment. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Supervise and support frontline employees across multiple client sites Monitor compliance with health and safety standards, policies, and procedures Conduct site inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed Coordinate employee safety orientations, training, and ongoing development Address performance concerns and support employee relations matters professionally Maintain accurate safety documentation, employee records, and inspection reports Provide coverage for site leadership and respond to operational needs as required Coordinate PPE, safety equipment, and other site-related requirements Build positive working relationships with employees, managers, and subcontractors Your strengths include: Previous experience in operations supervision, site management, health and safety, or a related role Working knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel regularly between sites using a company vehicle Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and consistently work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the "Apply" button to send your resume directly Chris Feng, Jason Dick or Bobi-Jo Warner.
