Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data while contributing to month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably within an e-commerce or multi-entity environment. A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills are required, along with experience using accounting/ERP platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Dext, and ideally NetSuite. Key responsibilities include bank and credit card reconciliations, invoicing and collections, general ledger analysis, sales and payment reconciliation, GST/QST reporting, intercompany transactions, and financial close activities. Bilingualism in English and French is required. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
