Company Description Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA), you will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent across various functions within Red Bull Canada (RBCA) and Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD). Your role will play a key part in cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce through progressive, equitable, and unbiased recruitment strategies. Job Description FIND EXTRAORDINARY TALENT Support full lifecycle recruitment (profiling, process, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating) for openings across all departments within RBCA & RBCD. Coach hiring managers on TA best practices with a focus on extraordinary talent. Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 20-25 concurrent requisitions, balancing high-volume, specialized, and hard-to-fill hiring needs across multiple business units. Use hiring resources, provide talent context, and use your networking skills to help meet talent needs. Review, interview, assess, and provide feedback on candidates. Manage the offer process and provide sound recommendations by partnering with hiring teams of Talent. PLANNING AND DECISION MAKING Provide the talent context to support “top talent” decisions for hiring managers. Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools. Cultivate relationships with internal leadership and Talent (HR) Business Partners to understand business initiatives and overall strategy. Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent. SHARE YOUR EXPERTISE Work with the Manager, TA to identify opportunities for future talent needs and pipelines. Maintain current market research on the DSD/CPG talent landscape and relevant industry dynamics. PROVIDE A PREMIUM EXPERIENCE Own the candidate experience from start to finish. Deliver a consistent recruiting experience to the business. Take a genuine and timely approach to working with all candidates. Utilize the tools and processes that are provided and set by Talent Leadership. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition in high volume setting. French-language proficiency is considered an asset. Strong consultative and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions. Understanding of recruitment sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed strategies to attract top talent Knowledge of CPG/Retail, and a familiarity with DSD is preferred. In depth understanding of the full cycle recruiting process. Experience with an ATS; SmartRecruiters experience preferred. Additional Information The expected annual base salary range for this position is $73,150 to $80,850. The actual base salary for this position will depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of Red Bull’s bonus plan.
