Reporting to the Chef, this role will play a big part in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. What You’ll Do As a Line Cook, you will be an integral part of our culinary operations, ensuring every plate reflects RED’s commitment to excellence and authenticity. Your day-to-day will include: * Preparing and executing dishes to standard recipes and presentation. * Maintaining consistency in food quality, portion control, and service timing. * Ensuring your station meets all health, safety, and cleanliness standards. * Supporting the culinary team during busy service periods. * Handling dietary and allergy requests with care and precision. * Contributing ideas for specials and new menu items. * Communicating effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who’s passionate about food and eager to grow their culinary career in a dynamic mountain setting. You bring: * 2–5 years of culinary experience (resort or hotel experience preferred). * A culinary diploma or working toward one, would be considered an asset. * A genuine enthusiasm for the culinary craft and guest experience. * Food Safe Level 1 Certification. * The ability to lift up to 50lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment. * A strong sense of teamwork, professionalism, and pride in presentation. * A commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality in everything you do.
