Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages * Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service at the bar * Taking accurate food and beverage orders * Learning the Red Robin menu and helping guests with recommendations * Preparing beverages for Servers and supporting restaurant service during busy periods * Checking identification and following responsible alcohol-service requirements * Processing guest payments accurately * Keeping the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service * Restocking beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as needed * Working closely with Servers, Hosts, kitchen team members, and restaurant leaders * Following food-safety, sanitation, and liquor-service procedures WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for people who: * Are friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests * Have strong organization and multitasking skills * Can provide great service while managing multiple priorities * Work well as part of a team * Are dependable and arrive ready to work * Take pride in preparing consistent, quality beverages * Can stay organized during busy restaurant periods * Are available for a combination of day, evening, and/or weekend shifts Previous bartending or restaurant serving experience is preferred. Experience as a Bartender, Server, Bar Server, or in another hospitality or guest-service role is an asset. A valid Serving It Right certification is required.
