Role Responsibilities The Medical Administrator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet clients upon arrival and provide the Rejuvenation experience through excellent customer service. Responsible for receptionist tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling reminder calls, and conducting follow-up calls. Answer online customer inquiries through Textline software. Manage client referrals and patient information database. Handle client billing and payment transactions. Perform duties associated with UV Phototherapy, including rooming patients, charting visits, reviewing safety protocols and entering billing codes. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and material. Participate in monthly product training and customer service training as needed. Educate customers on products and services provided by the clinic. Perform other front desk duties as requested by management and supervisory team. Role Qualifications Completion of the Medical Office Assistant (MOA) program is an asset. 1-3 years of experience in medical administration or clinical reception. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic workflow procedures. *Please note that this will be a part-time position, working 3 days per week.
