Senior Estimator – High-End Interiors Salary: $140,000–$150,000 + RRSP + Benefits Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead estimates for high-end interior construction projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands premium finishes, complex scopes, tight timelines, and the level of accuracy required to deliver polished interior spaces. The ideal candidate has strong experience estimating commercial interiors, luxury office spaces, hospitality, retail, or other high-end fit-out projects and can confidently manage drawings, specifications, trade pricing, and tender submissions. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates for high-end interior and fit-out projects Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents Complete quantity takeoffs, pricing, trade coverage, and bid analysis Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, project managers, and leadership Identify scope gaps, risks, value-engineering options, and pricing opportunities Support tender submissions, budgets, and preconstruction planning Qualifications Proven estimating experience within interiors, fit-out, or commercial construction Strong understanding of finishes, millwork, flooring, partitions, ceilings, and specialty scopes Ability to read drawings and interpret design intent with a strong eye for detail Strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing, tendering, and scope coordination Excellent organization, communication, and deadline management skills Why Apply This is a strong opportunity for a Senior Estimator to work on high-end interior projects while earning a competitive compensation package that includes salary, RRSP, and benefits.
