Key Responsibilities Lead and manage corporate/M&A transactions from origination through closing Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters Develop and maintain client relationships, including business development Mentor and supervise associates working on corporate files Contribute to the strategic direction of the corporate practice group Qualifications Called to the Ontario Bar, in good standing Substantial experience in corporate/commercial law, typically 8-10+ years Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills Comfortable working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial firm culture How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration. Requirements
