About the Opportunity A practice with offices in Calgary and Vancouver is seeking an Immigration Lawyer to support a growing caseload of business and family immigration matters, with flexibility on location. Key Responsibilities Advise individual and corporate clients on Canadian immigration matters, including work permits, permanent residence, and citizenship Prepare and file immigration applications and represent clients before IRCC and related tribunals Advise employers on foreign worker compliance and LMIA processes Manage a caseload of active files with competing deadlines Build relationships with corporate clients for repeat immigration work Qualifications Called to the Bar in Alberta or British Columbia, in good standing 3-8 years of immigration law experience Strong knowledge of IRPA and related immigration regulations Excellent client-facing and communication skills Ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven practice How to Apply Submit your resume in confidence for consideration.
