Nous recrutons ce poste pour la grande région de Québec Le ou la titulaire du poste fournit des services aux clients résidentiels et commerciaux se trouvant sur un itinéraire préétabli, à l’occasion d’inspections ponctuelles, mensuelles, bimensuelles ou hebdomadaires des dispositifs de lutte antiparasitaire, comme des panneaux de contrôle, des pièges, des lanternes tue-mouches et des points d’appât à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur. La personne tient à jour le stock des pesticides utilisés. Elle recherche activement des occasions de vendre les produits et les services de Rentokil Terminix, et elle collabore avec les représentants des ventes pour cibler de telles occasions chez les clients. Il lui incombe d’éliminer comme il se doit tout parasite visé dans l’entente de service conclue avec chacun des clients. Elle doit répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme. Responsabilités Les Obligations Et Les Responsabilités Du Technicien Ou De La Technicienne En Gestion Parasitaire, Sous La Supervision Du Directeur Ou De La Directrice De Service, Sont Les Suivantes, Sans Toutefois S’y Limiter : Suivre l’horaire de manière à fournir les services de gestion parasitaire en temps voulu et de façon uniforme. Fournir en toute occasion un service d’une grande qualité à notre vaste gamme de clients. Répondre aux demandes des clients, par exemple à leurs demandes de renseignements. Traiter les plaintes et les demandes de renseignements des clients de manière courtoise et professionnelle. Connaître l’information technique sur les produits chimiques utilisés et leur mode d’emploi. Inviter les clients à publier des commentaires positifs sur leur expérience (Chekkit ou Google). Informer les clients d’éventuels problèmes. Servir tous les clients sur l’ensemble des itinéraires conformément aux normes et aux procédures de l’entreprise. Rédiger et remettre des rapports de service quotidiens, s’il y a lieu. Tenir à jour le stock des pesticides utilisés. Tenir des registres de service conformément aux normes réglementaires. Offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à tous les clients. Rechercher activement des occasions de vendre les produits et les services de Terminix Canada, et collaborer avec les représentants des ventes pour cibler de telles occasions chez les clients. Conserver un bon dossier de conduite. Respecter les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise en matière de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement, de même que les règlements municipaux, provinciaux et fédéraux applicables. Voir à ce que le véhicule demeure propre et en ordre, et s’assurer d’avoir toujours à bord les produits et le matériel nécessaires pour effectuer son travail. Suivre les programmes de formation de l’entreprise ainsi que ceux des gouvernements fédéral et provincial dans le temps imparti afin d’obtenir ou de renouveler la certification pertinente. Être disponible pour travailler selon des horaires flexibles, en soirée, la nuit ou la fin de semaine, en fonction des besoins des clients. Effectuer toute autre tâche, s’il y a lieu. Requirements: Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires. Posséder idéalement de un à trois mois d’expérience pertinente. Détenir les permis ou certifications exigés en vertu des règlements provinciaux et fédéraux. Être capable de soulever, de transporter, de pousser, de tirer ou de déplacer autrement des charges de 10 lb (régulièrement) et de 11 à 20 lb (souvent). Pouvoir déplacer des objets pouvant peser jusqu’à 50 lb (occasionnellement). Travailler en hauteur. Détenir un permis de conduire valide et avoir un dossier de conduite sans tache. Être bien organisé, dynamique et fiable. Faire preuve d’autonomie dans un environnement où il y a beaucoup de travail. Pouvoir interagir avec sensibilité, tact, diplomatie et professionnalisme en tout temps. Lire, écrire et parler couramment l’anglais (un atout) Se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents. Provide pest management services to residential and commercial clients via scheduled inspections and treatments. Actively identify sales opportunities for company products and maintain detailed service records and pesticide inventory.

Requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must hold required provincial and federal certifications and be authorized to work in Canada.
