Position Summary Under the supervision of the Technical Platforms Manager of the Centre for Innovative Medicine (CIM), the health professional (Kinesiologist or Exercise Physiologist) is responsible to conduct functional evaluations for various clinical research studies. General Duties Conducts cardiopulmonary exercise testing on cycle ergometer or treadmill while monitoring gas exchange and other physiological parameters, Monitors 12-lead ECG, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, Conduct measures of body composition, musculoskeletal testing, functional tests, exercise training and many others according to research protocols Ensures quality control and maintenance of research equipment Promotes the use of efficient methods of work and provides a safe environment for patients, Completes Case Report Forms and provide source document to researchers with source documentation as per ICH/GCP guidelines, Conducts any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
