What You’ll Do As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will own the in-home sales experience from first conversation through follow-up, ensuring customers feel confident, informed, and supported. Your responsibilities include: Meeting with homeowners to understand their comfort goals, efficiency needs, home layout, and budget considerations using a consultative, needs-based approach Recommending HVAC solutions that are genuinely right for the customer — balancing performance, value, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability Clearly and confidently explaining system options, pricing, financing, warranties, rebates, and energy-saving benefits Working primarily from company-generated appointments, while also leveraging referrals, repeat customers, and personal networks to grow your pipeline and earning potentialManaging your sales pipeline with discipline, organization, and timely follow-up Following up after the sale to ensure an exceptional customer experience and generate repeat and referral business Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets through ethical, professional selling practices Collaborating closely with branch teams, service technicians, and operations leaders to ensure a seamless customer handoff Maintaining accurate documentation and CRM updates to support forecasting, customer follow-up, and performance tracking What Success Looks Like in This Role Homeowners trust you as a knowledgeable advisor, not a pressure salesperson You manage your time and appointments effectively and keep a healthy pipeline You generate referrals because customers are confident recommending you You consistently perform at or above target and take ownership of results You represent the Right Time brand with professionalism, integrity, and pride What We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated, professional salespeople who want to build a career - not just close a deal. You’ll bring: 3+ years of business-to-consumer sales experience (preferred) A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through Comfort using basic computer systems and CRM tools Flexibility to work days, evenings, and occasional weekends A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally Post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset, but not required. Previous HVAC experience is not required - we provide full training.
