River Rock Casino Resort is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Server 1 (part-time) Chairman's Lounge. In this role, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing professional, attentive, and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service, build positive guest relationships, and contribute to an outstanding dining atmosphere. Key Accountabilities * Greetings guests warmly, using names whenever possible to create a personalized and memorable experience. * Escorts guests to tables when required, presents menus, and highlight daily features and promotions. * Describes menu items and beverages with confidence, including preparation methods and flavor profiles. * Takes accurate guest orders, offers thoughtful recommendations, and anticipates guest needs. * Serves food and beverages promptly, checks in for satisfaction, and ensures a seamless dining experience. * Prepare beverages and select food items when applicable. * Addresses guest concerns with professionalism or escalate to leadership when needed. * Presents bills upon request and processes payments accurately. * Clears and resets tables, maintains cleanliness, and restocks service areas as required. * Completes opening and closing responsibilities, including cash float counts when applicable. * Assists in covering other sections to support overall service flow. * Exercises sound judgment when serving alcoholic beverages and follows Serving it Right standards * Communicate effectively with all operational departments to support smooth service. * Builds strong working relationships with guests, ownership, and team members. * Ensures adherence to licensing laws, health and safety standards, and all regulatory requirements. * Performs other duties as assigned to support the success of the venue. Education & Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of serving experience with strong, service-oriented communication skills. * Experience with Squirrel POS system an asset * Serving It Right Certification * Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Worker License.
