Job summary

Key Accountabilities * Creates, coordinates and executes promotions and events at the site level as directed. * Execute F&B marketing campaigns including seasonal menu changes and restaurant promotions. * Assists in developing and coordinating the content calendar and communication updates within social media channels for casino and hospitality. * Digital Content Support — Contribute to website content creation, email marketing, and digital signage, maintaining accuracy and brand voice. * Educates and executes site communication for promotions and events in order to maximize awareness and participation from team members and guests. * Maintains up-to-date marketing collateral at the site level (digital and static). * Works with Operations on recap reports on site marketing activities and promotions using analytics. * Maintains the site promotional calendars; drafts promotional guidelines for team members, contest conditions and creative briefs. * Assists with and coordinates creative with a graphic designer for direct and email marketing, events, food and beverage, entertainment, hotel, and events on and off site. * Assists in developing strategies to leverage and maximize loyalty program(s), including Encore Rewards and the VIP Program. * Provide onsite hosting, coordination, and execution support for major casino promotions, slot tournaments, and live entertainment events. * Liaises with the operations, sales, and the theatre team(s) in support of shared marketing initiatives. * Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders: guests, ownership, team members, vendors and regulators. * Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. * Performs other duties as assigned or directed. Education & Qualifications * Post-Secondary education in marketing, communications, business administration or suitable combination of education and experience required. * Minimum 3 years of marketing experience; gaming and/or hospitality experience an asset * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. * Experience in planning and implementing events; proven track record in developing and implementing promotional and advertising plans. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, WordPress. * Familiar with email marketing platforms and digital marketing asset management tools is an asset. * Experience and knowledge within all social media channels; (Hootsuite or similar is an asset). * Exceptional interpersonal skills. * Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between assigned properties. * Serving It Right certificate required. * A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development. * Gaming License Eligibility — Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Worker License through IGCO. Compensation for this position is based on experience, with a salary range of $62,000–$85,000. This position is also eligible for a company bonus program tied to overall organizational performance. Work Environment This position operates within a dynamic marketing schedule, with flexibility required during daytime hours and promotional events as needed. The role is primarily office‑based, supporting marketing initiatives at all Lahal Casino Management properties including, River Rock Casino Resort, Casino Vancouver, Chances Maple Ridge, Elements Casino Victoria and Casino Nanaimo. Team members work in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities to ensure all marketing materials, campaigns, and communications are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand standards. While not floor‑based, the role may occasionally require on‑site support for campaign launches, entertainment programming, or content capture. The environment is collaborative and creative, requiring strong organization, confidentiality, and adaptability as marketing needs shift across two high‑energy properties.
