3-Month Contract | Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite | Vancouver or Toronto Our client is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to support the next phases of a data and compliance-focused initiative. This role will work closely with business, compliance, technology, and external partners to gather requirements, coordinate delivery, and support the expansion of a centralized data platform. Responsibilities Gather and document business, data, operational, and regulatory requirements. Work with compliance stakeholders to ensure AML and regulatory requirements are incorporated into project deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions. Coordinate activities across business, technology, compliance, and vendor teams. Support data onboarding, standardization, file exchange, validation, testing, and implementation. Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items. Prepare project documentation, status updates, and process flows. Requirements Experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM role. Must have experience supporting AML, compliance, regulatory, or financial services initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and requirements-gathering skills. Experience working on data, integration, or data onboarding projects. Experience with Jira, Excel, and Lucidchart or Visio. Exposure to Amazon Redshift is an asset; hands-on technical expertise is not required. Vancouver-based candidates are preferred, although qualified candidates in Toronto will also be considered.
