Join a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative supporting program planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career PMO professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Key Responsibilities: Support project plans, milestones, risks, issues, actions, and governance tracking. Prepare status reports, dashboards, leadership presentations, and program communications. Coordinate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder sessions. Maintain project documentation, templates, trackers, and knowledge repositories. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions, decisions, and deliverables remain on track. What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in PMO support, project coordination, consulting, business operations, or a related role. Experience supporting project delivery, reporting, meeting coordination, or risk/action tracking. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project collaboration tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms. Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
