Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Project Manager - IT III to join our client in support of an existing vacancy. Contract Period: 12 months Pay Rate: Starting from $78 per hour Location: Toronto, ON Location Type: Hybrid Business Hours: Monday-Friday, Core business hours Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of data, AI, and technology initiatives from initiation through production Define scope, roadmap, milestones, and measurable outcomes aligned to business value Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity and dependencies Partner with architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise standards Translate business needs into technical requirements and connect dependencies across systems, data flows, and platforms Provide informed challenge on solution design, trade-offs, and delivery approach Serve as primary interface between business, technology teams, and leadership stakeholders Deliver clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions Build strong relationships and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables Ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid) Adjust plans proactively to manage scope, risks, and shifting priorities Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues impacting delivery Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans Ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality targets Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Define roles, expectations, and success metrics Coach and mentor team members to drive accountability and performance Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with vendor agreements Oversee delivery from third-party vendors and managed service providers Experience & Qualification Requirements: Engineering degree required Proven experience delivering data, AI, or technology transformation programs Strong understanding of modern technology stacks (cloud, APIs, data platforms such as Databricks/Snowflake, analytics/AI solutions) Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes Solid experience across Finance and Treasury domains, Financial data platforms (GL, sub-ledgers, reporting, reconciliations) Treasury operations (liquidity, cash management, payments, FX, banking integrations) Regulatory, compliance, and financial reporting processes Experience working with finance transformation initiatives (e.g., FP&A, ERP, data modernization etc.) Experience with project tools (e.g., Planview, JIRA, MS Project) Strong knowledge of SDLC delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Familiarity with managed services, ticketing, and monitoring systems End-to-End Analysis & Systems Thinking with strong breadth of technology knowledge (Data, AI, Platform, Transformation delivery) Techno-Functional Leadership Hands-On Delivery Management Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management Finance & Treasury Domain Knowledge Consulting or Transformation Background Architecture & Integration Experience Vendor & Managed Services Leadership How to Apply: If you are a motivated professional looking to contribute to a leading team, please submit your resume outlining your qualifications and experience relevant to this role.
