We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Brandon, Manitoba location. What you will do: Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Process customer transactions such as orders and returns Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries Assisting with select returns and warranties Prepare small to medium size job quotations Provide phone and email quotes to customers. Source and price product as per quote request. Maintain records of job quotes. Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
