RVF Core Values: Collaboration Authenticity Resourceful Engaged Position Summary: The Night Food and Beverage Lodge Attendant is responsible for ensuring excellent service and hospitality to lodge guests during the night hours. This role involves preparing and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area and kitchen, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Night Food and Beverage Lodge Attendant plays a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guest Service: * Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements. * Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. * Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns immediately. 2. Dining Area and Kitchen Maintenance: * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations. * Ensure all food and beverage areas are well-stocked and presentable. * Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and other surfaces regularly. * Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed. 3. Safety and Compliance: * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. * Follow all lodge policies and procedures, including those related to guest privacy and security. 4. Administrative Duties: * Complete any required paperwork, such as inventory logs or shift reports. * Assist with check-in and check-out procedures if required by the Head Chef. 5. Team Collaboration: * Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions. * Support other team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: * Experience: * Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. * Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques. Sunday through Saturday, 11 PM - 7 AM
