We are looking for Enthusiastic, Driven, Outside of the Box Thinkers to help us grow our business. Job Description Job Summary: Safely load bundles of shingles and related products to the roof. Perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping and receiving. Compensation: $25-30/hour BENEFITS * Health Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA) * Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Long-term Disability * Short-term Disability * RRSP Match * Paid Vacation * Employee Assistance Program * Employee Engagement Events * Awards and Recognition * Tuition reimbursement * Service Awards * Employee Perks & Discounts Job Responsibilities * Loading rooftops with bundles of shingles and related products * Working closely and co-operatively with driver to ensure safe and efficient delivery of product * Handling material by hand and with use of appropriate equipment * Required to perform warehouse duties such as moving inventory, shipping, and receiving, when not on deliveries * Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store and yard * Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation * Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS * Requires physical strength/stamina and the ability to work at heights. * Fall Protection/Working at Heights training - an asset (can be provided) * Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided) * Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly * Strong customer service skills * Previous Warehouse and Forklift Experience - Preferred * Previous experience as a General Laborer/Laborer - an asset * Previous experience as Warehouse Associate, Construction Helper, Manual Laborer would be beneficial * Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset * Authorized to work in Canada Benefits of Employment: Roofmart recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees. Safely load bundles of shingles and related products onto rooftops in coordination with drivers. Perform warehouse duties including inventory movement, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Candidates must have the physical strength to lift 80-100lbs repeatedly and the ability to work at heights. Previous experience in warehouse work, construction, or as a general laborer is preferred.
