Job Summary We are seeking a Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Coordinator to manage incoming materials, outgoing shipments, warehouse organization, and delivery support for custom wine cellars, cabinetry, and related construction projects. Position Overview The Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring materials are received accurately, inventoried properly, staged for jobs, and delivered safely and professionally. This includes coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, supporting construction and installation schedules, maintaining an organized warehouse, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete. This is a hands-on operations role for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, safety, and excellent customer service. This position reports into the Production Manager. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, verify against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies. Pick, pack, label, and stage completed orders for retail, installer, and construction site delivery. Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, FIFO rotation, cycle counts, and clean staging areas. Coordinate outbound shipments, carrier pickups, and delivery schedules for custom wine cellars, cabinetry, and construction projects. Safely load and unload vehicles, verify packing slips, and confirm delivery completion. Support delivery activities, including customer-facing deliveries, jobsite drop-offs, and installer support as required. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery documentation. Support continuous improvement, 5S practices, packaging standards, and warehouse safety procedures. Communicate proactively with production, installation, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure materials and orders are ready when needed. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or delivery coordination experience. Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record. Licensed lift truck and material handling experience Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse, manufacturing, and delivery environment. Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, receiving processes, and customer-facing delivery service is preferred. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is an asset. Experience using ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems is an asset. Competencies Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with production, installation, purchasing, operations, carriers, and customers. Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation. Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. Safety-minded and committed to proper handling, loading, lifting, and delivery procedures. Problem solver with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Customer-service focused and professional when handling deliveries or jobsite interactions.
