Your Impact As the Branch Manager, you hold primary direction over the day-to-day operations of the entire branch, encompassing member services, lending, administration, accounting, financial reporting, and risk management. You are the leader responsible for ensuring every function aligns with RCU's strategic goals and maintains strict compliance with all legislation, regulations, by-laws, policies, and procedures. Your pivotal role requires comprehensive judgment in managing staff, portfolio growth, and operational integrity across the branch. What You’ll Do Operational Leadership Oversee service quality and operational integrity, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and compliance across all branches. Team Development Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development to all Member Services frontline staff and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture. Strategic Growth Lead sales and business development efforts, including establishing targets, coaching staff, and actively promoting RCU products in the community. Risk Management Ensure strict adherence to security and compliance protocols, including precise management of branch cash, treasury, and internal financial controls. What You’ll Bring A Bachelor's Degree or diploma, and/or professional designation in a related field, combined with 7-9 years of progressive, job-related experience. Proven track record of success in a Member Services leadership role (e.g., MS Supervisor, FSO) and strong capacity for critical judgment.
