Reconnus pour notre expertise (certifiés QualiRépar, Bosch, Shimano), nous cherchons un(e) véritable passionné(e) de mécanique pour renforcer notre équipe technique. Si pour vous, un dévoilage de roue est un art et une purge de frein une formalité, ce poste est fait pour vous. Vos Missions Réaliser l’entretien complet et la réparation de vélos musculaires (Route, VTT, Gravel, Urbain). Diagnostiquer les pannes complexes et établir des devis précis. Effectuer des opérations techniques avancées : entretien de suspensions, montage de roues à la carte, purges hydrauliques. Garantir la sécurité et la qualité du travail avant restitution au client (test sur route). Participer à la bonne tenue et à l’organisation de l’atelier. Votre Profil Titulaire d’un CQP Technicien Cycle ou expérience significative (3 ans minimum) en atelier. Vous maîtrisez les standards actuels (Hydraulique, Di2/AXS, Tubeless). Rigoureux(se), minutieux(se) et autonome. Vous avez le sens du service client et l’esprit d’équipe. Ce Que Nous Offrons CDI 35h ou 39h. Formations régulières auprès des marques partenaires. Rémunération selon expérience.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Cycle Technician CQP professional certificate or have at least three years of significant bicycle workshop experience. They must be proficient with current standards, including hydraulic systems, Di2/AXS, and tubeless setups, and demonstrate precision, autonomy, customer service, and teamwork.
