Key Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle bookings and manage fleet availability across multiple active programs Liaise with media, dealership contacts, and transport providers to ensure seamless logistics Handle weekly contracts and maintain accurate booking records Manage inbound media requests and maintain up-to-date journalist and client contact lists Draft clear, professional communications on behalf of the agency and our OEM clients Support the team on automotive events and other client deliverables as needed Perform various daily tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management Requirements Exceptional organizational skills 0–2 years of experience in coordination, logistics, administration, or a related field Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A genuine passion for the automotive industry A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle French language skills are considered an asset
