WHAT WE OFFER: * Unique opportunity to work at a world-class private yacht club. * Collaborative and positive team culture. * Opportunities to build experience in fitness operations RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet Members and visitors warmly, ensuring proper sign-in protocols. * Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence‑based techniques. * Collaborate with interprofessional team members to support holistic client care. * Maintain accurate client records in accordance with regulatory standards. * Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility, and wellness strategies. * Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING? * Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary Physiotherapy program. * Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. * Eligible for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. * Education and/or experience supporting relevant client populations—such as chronic disease and women’s health—is considered a strong asset. * Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification. * Valid Professional Liability Insurance * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative environment. * Basic computer skills and comfort using email and fitness software. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Able to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with fitness equipment setup. * Frequent standing, bending, and walking throughout shifts. * Able to respond promptly in emergency situations. HOURS OF WORK: * Ideally, flexible availability required including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
