About the Company Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Junior Corporate Assistant to join their Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to further develop their corporate law experience while working alongside and supporting a team of experienced Corporate Law Clerks. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to Senior Corporate Law Clerks Assist with the preparation and organization of corporate documents and transaction materials Prepare and maintain corporate records, minute books, and other corporate documentation Assist with incorporations, amendments, annual filings, and other routine corporate matters Conduct corporate searches and assist with due diligence as required Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal documents Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files Manage deadlines and follow up on outstanding items Communicate with clients, government offices, and other third parties as required Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or Junior Corporate Law Clerk Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is required Familiarity with corporate legal documents and procedures Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a team of experienced professionals Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Compensation Salary up to $60,000, commensurate with experience Hybrid remote schedule – 3 days in office Opportunity to work with and learn from a highly experienced Corporate Services team Supportive and collaborative work environment We do not use AI to screen candidates.
