About the Company Our client, a well-established professional services organization in downtown Toronto is seeking a Software Specialist to join the internal technology team. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and administration of business applications and systems Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate escalations as required Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing maintenance Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides Support document management, collaboration, and productivity platforms Assist with website and digital technology-related initiatives Support various internal systems and technology projects Assist with the implementation and maintenance of emerging technologies, including AI Requirements 5+ years of experience in applications support, systems administration, or a related role Experience within a law firm Strong troubleshooting and end-user support experience Experience providing user training and onboarding Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems Legal technology experience is an asset Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills IT, Computer Science, or related education is preferred Compensation Salary up to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
