Job summary

With 15 locations in Ontario and almost 600 employees, we want the best and brightest dealership professionals to join our team. The Idealease Coordinator will report to the Idealease Manager. This is an on-site role with some outdoor work required. This person will be expected to maintain existing account relationships and generate new rental accounts. They will coordinate operations by dispatching our rental vehicles, oversee our customer invoicing, coordinate maintenance and learn hands-on asset management skills. Responsibilities Operations Related Duties Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy. Coordinate rental reservations and understand commercial vehicle requirements. Invoicing and general administration duties. Become proficient with Idealease business systems (Idealease Portal, Rental Contract & Billing System, Geotab, SAP, etc.) Administer the opening/closing of rental agreements. Check out/in rental equipment, damage documentation with pictures, verify vehicle fluid levels, cleanliness, equipment functionality, etc. Validate customer driver credentials and ensure insurance requirements are met. Complete daily yard checks and reconcile availability fleet lists Coordinate the damage repair and chargeback process Coordinate preventative maintenance & repair scheduling with customers through our internal and external shops Fleet Related Duties Make recommendations to the management team for ordering vehicles that fit the regional market demands. Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers. Other related duties as assigned. Sales Related Duties Follow up with inbound leads for new rental accounts. Submit customer profiles and applications for approval Work with existing rental customers by providing customer service and conflict resolution. Basic Qualifications Post-secondary education; College or University Diploma/Degree. Truck or automotive dealership experience is an asset Competency in the following areas is required: customer service, administrative skills, and time management. Proficiency with software and computers. Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
