Project Controller Edmonton, AB, Canada T5S 0A4 (hybrid) Permanent Salary range: CAD $90k/yr - $115k/yr What will you do as a project controller? Financial Monitoring and Budget Management: • Assess and monitor the financial progress of projects. • Pay close attention to the budget and identify potential cost overruns early. Project Evaluations and Reporting: • Prepare project evaluations. • Prepare periodic reports on budget deviations for management. Work in Progress Administration: • Understand work in progress administration. • Review the status of work in progress against the budget weekly. • Identify opportunities for invoicing. Process Improvement and Communication: • Actively contribute to identifying internal procedural improvements. • Facilitate discussions on how internal procedures can be improved. What do you bring to the table? • HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking in a financial or (technical) business economics field. • You have experience with ERP systems and work-in-progress systems. Knowledge of the Acumatica ERP system. • You are familiar with working in a project-based organization. • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are able to persuade others. • You are a structured worker and stress-resistant.
