Job Description We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Design Assistant who's ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. Working alongside our Design team, you'll help bring seasonal collections to life—from trend research and sketching to sample management and product development. What You'll Do Create fashion sketches and support the development of seasonal collections. Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to inspire new product ideas. Prepare mood boards, color palettes, collection presentations, merchandising boards, and line sheets. Manage samples and coordinate fabric, trim, and product development follow-ups with global suppliers. Maintain collection boards and ensure product information and design documentation remain accurate and up to date. Support fittings, product reviews, and the product development process from concept to final sample. Qualifications What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in fashion design, product development, or a similar role. Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Strong fashion illustration skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with global suppliers and cross-functional teams. A strong eye for trends, color, styling, and detail, combined with excellent organizational skills. A collaborative, proactive mindset and a passion for creating exceptional product.
