About The Role As a Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Salary Range: $47,000-50,000 What You’ll Be Doing Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients Manage and address in-bound phone calls, emails and voicemails Effectively resolve Extended Health and Dental claim inquiries and determine appropriate action Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs Must work well in fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional manner What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a phone based customer service role is required Impeccable telephone etiquette Ability to work well in a team environment A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task Effective team player with ability to work independently Strong Microsoft Office skills are required e.g. Word, Outlook Navacord, and all our Broker Partners are actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
