Ensures that trips are run safety, efficiently and in compliance with company and DOT regulations. Essential Functions Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions, required Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures Important, required Qualifications H.S. Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License with an air brake endorsement and have at least 9 months of verifiable commercial driving experience. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a clean driving record.
