What You’ll Do: Build a Strong Talent Pipeline * Source, interview, and qualify candidates for in-demand roles using our proprietary database (MatchGuide) and referrals. * Develop a proactive pipeline of skilled candidates aligned with client needs. * Maintain accurate candidate records and interview summaries in MatchGuide. * Conduct in-person or video interviews and complete thorough reference checks. Manage the Recruitment Process * Work closely with Account Executives to understand job requirements and prioritize recruitment efforts. * Present a shortlist of qualified candidates ensuring alignment with client specifications. * Prepare resumes for submission, schedule interviews, and provide coaching to candidates. Support & Engage Consultants * Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout their assignment. * Assist with onboarding, timesheet management, and consultant check-ins. * Facilitate contract renewals and address consultant concerns in collaboration with Account Executives. Ensure Compliance & Drive Performance * Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices in all recruitment activities. * Track and report recruitment activities, ensuring data integrity within MatchGuide. * Meet and exceed key performance metrics aligned with company goals. Qualifications * Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma with minimum of 1-year external recruiting or customer facing service experience OR 2 years of high-level competitive sport/activity and/or leadership experience; OR other equivalent experience considered * OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years recruiting or customer facing experience * Proven experience in a fast paced, metrics driven, working environment preferred * Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships * Able to learn new complex ideas in a short timeframe * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities * Has determination, grit and a proven ability to go the extra mile * Is confidential, professional, honest and works well both in teams and individually * Team oriented and collaborative * Excellent communication and influencing skills * Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media and in-person meetings About S.i.
