The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, integrations, data migrations, reporting capabilities, and high-quality applications that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Design, develop, customize, and deploy applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Develop scalable solutions that address business and technical requirements. Build applications using appropriate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and other relevant modules. Configure forms, views, workflows, business rules, and plugins. Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to support business processes. Systems Integration Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications. Develop integrations using APIs, web services, connectors, and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. Data Analysis, Reporting & Visualization Develop comprehensive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Support data-driven decision-making through effective reporting solutions. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability across applications and reports. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Support project milestones and ensure successful implementation of delivered solutions. Quality Assurance, Testing & Troubleshooting Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance validation. Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure applications meet established quality standards and business requirements. Coding & Deployment Write, test, maintain, and deploy application code. Follow established development, coding, version control, and deployment standards. Support release management and production deployments. Documentation & Best Practices Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Follow best practices for version control, release management, development, testing, and deployment. Maintain documentation related to applications, integrations, configurations, and technical solutions. Data Management Support and oversee data migration, data integration, and data quality assurance activities. Ensure data is accurately transformed and migrated between systems. Identify and resolve data quality and integration issues. Project Support & Delivery Participate in project planning, execution, implementation, and delivery activities. Coordinate development activities to support project timelines and milestones. Ensure assigned deliverables are completed on schedule and according to requirements. Mentorship & Technical Support Mentor and provide technical guidance to fellow developers on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-related matters. Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 solutions. Promote development best practices across the technical team. Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Proven experience developing and customizing Dynamics 365 modules. Strong understanding of relational databases, including SQL Server, and data modeling. Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and connectors. Hands-on experience developing model-driven apps, canvas apps, and custom connectors using Power Apps. Technical Skills Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration, including: Plugins Workflows Forms Views Business Rules Strong proficiency with Power Automate for workflow development and business-process automation. Strong experience with Power BI for dashboards, reports, and data visualization. Knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and release management. Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, and other web development technologies. Strong knowledge of data migration, integration, and data quality practices. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional project teams. Background Check Requirement A clean criminal record check is required at the successful resource's expense before commencing onsite or remote work.
