While we don't take ourselves seriously, we take our jobs seriously and love to have fun with each other and the Residents! #SRINDEX Qualifications To be hired into this role, you must have: Required Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a current certification with the CNO Required at least 1 year in Long Term Care and 3 years of experience in a healthcare managerial or managerial capacity, preferably in Long Term Care setting Required demonstration of leadership and communication skills Preferred Post-RPN education in Adult Training or 3 years’ relevant experience in adult training Preferred specialized training in Infection Control, Quality Management, or Wound Care is preferred Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check completed within the past 6 months TB 2 Step updated within the last year Additional Information While our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team. Requirements
