If you were working for us as an PSW, here are some of the things you would have done last week: Assisted residents with daily living activities, including safe lifts and transfers, bathing, and feeding, promoting independence, comfort, and dignity. Worked side-by-side with RPNs and your care team to deliver safe, compassionate care. Completed POC tasks, ensuring resident information is accurate and up to date. Actively participated in shift reports, care conferences, and team huddles, contributing to planning and improving resident care. Supported residents with mobility, personal care, and nutrition while noticing changes that matter. Created meaningful moments by connecting with residents, celebrating milestones, and making them feel valued. Participated in specialized programs or roles such as Behavioural Supports, Rehab or Quality Improvement, contributing to advanced care initiatives. Mentored new team members through structured programs, sharing experience and strengthening the care culture. Requirements
