We are currently seeking team members for a full time Field Assistants based out of our Grande Prairie location. These positions are field based, involving approximately 20 days a month travelling to work sites throughout Alberta and Northern British Columbia to perform gas well testing duties. About You Field Assistants do not require any experience in the oil & gas industry or Well Testing Reside in the Grande Prairie area (within 30 minutes of our shops) Required certifications; Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO training from Energy Safety Canada Pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screens are required for all Safety Sensitive Positions MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES Aiding in the rig in and out of the equipment associated with the job General maintenance and servicing all well testing equipment, with direction from Supervisor Perform accurate readings of gauges and monitors during shift Working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies and the willingness to ask questions if things are unclear Adherence to Colter safety guidelines, policies and procedures Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 per shift Able and willing to follow direction for assigned duties from Field Supervisors and Management Day rates start at $ 300, plus subsistence About Us Colter Energy Inc (Colter) has successfully delivered innovative energy services since 2003 and is dedicated to problem-solving and getting the job done safely and efficiently. Requirements

Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Grande Prairie and possess Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, and CSO certifications. No prior oil and gas experience is required, but a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen is mandatory.
