The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments. You will perform, using air-powered hand tools or semi-automatic equipment, the grinding of attachment points of the main landing gear components, according to specifications. This operation requires a high level of precision to create the exact dimensions of the rings that will be installed to accommodate other mechanical parts. (benefits, specifics, …) Night shift: from 12:10 AM to 6:40 AM Note: Depending on the collective agreement rules, the position may change shifts (day, evening, or weekend) The salary for this position starts between $29.52 and $39.73 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Perform precision grinding of landing gear attachment points using pneumatic tools and semi-automatic equipment. Inspect parts with measuring instruments, operate lathes, and complete quality assurance documentation.
