The Mirabel plant is dedicated to manufacturing major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments. Main Tasks And Responsibilities Repair of various production equipment (CNC machine tools, shot blasters, ovens, plating, robots, etc.) Diagnose and perform necessary troubleshooting (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic failures). Regular maintenance and periodic revisions to prevent breakdowns. Work in corrective, preventive, conditional, and predictive modes Problem-solving based on data analysis, analyzing recurring failures, and participating in establishing the action plan. Equipment improvement and implementation of new technologies Project investment management (occasionally) Modification of PLCs, CNC systems Management of documentation in the CMMS We work in corrective, preventive, and predictive modes. For us, data utilization is a powerful problem-solving tool, and managing documentation in the CMMS is essential. Technical Skills Let's talk about you DEP in electromechanics of automated systems or a DEC in electrotechnics or automated systems or instrumentation and control 3 years of experience in maintenance of production equipment (including electronics, electricity, pneumatics, mechanics, and hydraulics) Experience with programmable logic controllers Experience with AC motor control Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and electronic plans Analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge in PLC programming and software such as Step 7 Knowledge of Allen Bradley, Siemens, Siemens 840D systems, qualification in device connection, Class C electrical license is an asset Knowledge in Kuka robotics is an asset Behavioral Skills Effective time and priority management Teamwork/spirit Decision-making ability Autonomy Versatility We apply an equal employment opportunity program and encourage women, Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to submit their applications. Requirements

Requires a diploma in electromechanics of automated systems, electrotechnology, automated systems, or instrumentation and control, plus three years of production equipment maintenance experience. Candidates should have PLC and AC motor control experience, be able to read technical plans, and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of Step 7, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Siemens 840D, or Kuka robotics is an asset.
