The Mirabel plant is dedicated to the manufacturing of major components of landing gear for Airbus A320, A330, and A350 models, as well as the Boeing 787. It features state-of-the-art equipment for machining, polishing, and special processes, including heat treatment, shot peening, and surface treatments. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the progress of production activities to ensure team efficiency. Main Responsibilities Perform daily monitoring of operations during their shift to ensure teams meet performance targets in production planning, quality, HSE, etc. Coordinate the work of production teams on the ground Ensure compliance with productivity and efficiency objectives Monitor indicators (on-time delivery, scrap rates, machine downtime…) If necessary, prioritize follow-up on production progress Ensure the transition between the previous and following shifts and, if needed, reassign employees Identify and anticipate problematic situations or areas for improvement and coordinate resources to ensure effective production Guide, support, and supervise manufacturing employees (compliance with rules, communication, annual evaluation, approval of hours to be paid, etc.) Manage schedule changes, overtime, absences, etc. Support and participate in quality, continuous improvement, Health, Safety, and Environment efforts (IGP, 5S, risk analyses) Promote the development of manufacturing employees' skills, including newcomers Lead and participate in daily production follow-up team meetings (QRQC, …) Requirements Let's talk about you DEC or DEP in a relevant discipline Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment Technical Skills Knowledge of our manufacturing process Knowledge of products Knowledge of the system (CASQ-IT) and quality procedures Knowledge of HSE rules and procedures Team management Problem-solving methodology Mastery of the collective agreement ERP and MRP tools (SAP, …) Production tracking applications (SHOPVUE, MES, CMMS) Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, OS, …) Behavioral Skills Leadership Teamwork Results-driven Ability to communicate, listen to needs Decision-making Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships Ability to adapt Autonomy We apply an equal employment opportunity program and encourage women, Indigenous peoples, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities to apply. Requirements

Requires a DEC or DEP in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of team management experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing. Proficiency in ERP/MRP tools and Lean methodologies is essential.
