Role Description The Senior Administrator is a full-time remote role responsible for providing high-level administrative support to SAFT Global’s leadership and coaching teams. This role oversees scheduling and calendar management, coordinates virtual meetings and events, and maintains accurate records and documentation related to career coaching activities and partner engagements. The Senior Administrator manages internal communication, prepares reports and presentations, and supports the development and optimization of administrative processes and digital tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include responding to inquiries from job seekers and partners, tracking program metrics, and ensuring smooth operational workflows across global time zones. Qualifications Administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, documentation, and process coordination. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as office productivity suites, online collaboration tools, and virtual meeting software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare clear reports and presentations. Experience in stakeholder management, including supporting leadership, coordinating with partners, and responding to participant inquiries. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of workflows. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively across global time zones. Prior experience in career services, talent acquisition, human resources, or non-profit/volunteer-based programs is an asset. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
