They will also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, train caregivers, and monitor client progress to ensure effective support outcomes.

Provide safe and timely transportation for children and families to appointments and visits. Supervise family visits and maintain detailed documentation and notes regarding the support provided.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will assess and consult to determine treatment goals and programming for clients, primarily preschoolers and school-age children. They will also liaise with families to provide updates on treatment progress and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the children's medical, physical, emotional, and educational needs are met while providing a safe and nurturing environment. This includes maintaining daily programming and coordinating transportation for necessary appointments.
