In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, foster positive client relationships, and contribute to our salon?s inviting atmosphere. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best while supporting the growth of our boutique salon. *Duties* * Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, perm, blowouts, and special treatments with precision and creativity * Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and offering professional recommendations * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure a safe environment * Upsell retail hair care products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue * Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments * Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded during every visit * Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative styles *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a hairstylist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships * Strong communication skills to clearly understand client desires and explain styling options * Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting * Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining professionalism * Experience with retail sales, front desk operations, or administrative tasks is a plus * A valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations Join us in creating beautiful transformations while enjoying a supportive environment that values your skills and passion for hairstyling!
