Role Description As a Barber at Salon Orazio Montreal, you will provide professional grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and basic styling to a diverse clientele. You will consult with clients to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and deliver services that align with their individual style and hair care needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing and sanitizing tools and workstations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following health and safety regulations. You will also help build client loyalty by offering friendly, attentive service and supporting appointment scheduling and client follow-up when needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC. Qualifications Strong Barbering and Hair Cutting skills with experience in classic and contemporary styles. Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Care, including product knowledge and basic scalp and hair health practices. Background in Cosmetology or formal barber training from a recognized school or program. Relevant provincial barber or cosmetology license (or eligibility to obtain one in Quebec). Excellent customer service and communication skills, with an ability to work respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds. Attention to detail, commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the Salon’s schedule. Prior experience in a barbershop or salon environment is an asset.

Provide professional grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves to a diverse clientele. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace and build client loyalty through attentive service and personalized care.

Requires strong barbering skills and a relevant provincial barber or cosmetology license. Candidates must have formal training from a recognized school and the ability to work flexible hours.
