What you will do: Promotes health and healing, and provides education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for residents in all phases of health care. Promotes health and healing for residents in a long-term care facility. Provides education and works within a healthcare team to achieve optimum resident care.

Requirements

Requires a Practical Nursing Diploma and licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan. Candidates must be empathetic and team-oriented.
